You will shape strategy, create content, and help each brand grow its online community and visibility.

Your Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop tailored social strategies and content plans for each brand.
  • Create engaging content across posts, stories, graphics, short-form video and thought-leadership.
  • Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling and community engagement across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X and YouTube.
  • Build and nurture online communities, responding to comments and messages professionally.
  • Monitor performance, report on results and use insights to optimise activity.
  • Keep up with trends, competitor activity and best practice.
  • Ensure consistent tone, voice and visual identity across all channels.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience managing social media for multiple brands or business units.
  • Strong understanding of both B2B and B2C social strategies.
  • Confident content creator across multiple formats.
  • Comfortable using social management and analytics tools.
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
  • Highly organised, detail-driven and able to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Creative, proactive and collaborative.

Desirable: Paid social experience, basic design/video editing skills, influencer management, and an understanding of SEO.
