Polkadotfrog are delighted to be supporting a recognised and respected business in Ipswich in their search for a Sales Office Coordinator on a 6-month fixed term contract basis. As the Sales Office Coordinator, you will be a motivated team player, who likes to get involved and support colleagues during busy periods. You’ll take ownership and deliver quality administration support to the wider sales function.
The Sales Office Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Preparing quotations
- Processing sales and purchase orders
- Preparing and checking customer invoices
- Problem solving and flagging any delivery issues that may affect projects or workflow
- General administration as required
Key Skills required:
- Previous experience within high level administration, attention to detail and customer service
- Previous experience within a sales support function would be advantageous
- Proactive with workload instead of reactive
