About the Role

Are you an organised, proactive professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? Join our dynamic sales team as a Sales Co-Ordinator, where you’ll work closely with the Sales Director and team to provide outstanding administrative support while building strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering enquiries both internally and externally
  • Managing day-to-day sales matters through our internal system
  • Developing customer and supplier relationships
  • Processing incoming sales orders
  • Day-to-day sales administration

Skills / Experience:

  • Experience and proven proactive approach working in a sales or customer service environment (telephone based an advantage)
  • Good IT skills in standard MS Office software packages
  • Experience of CRM systems desirable
