This post is newly created due to business demand, and it is a varied and exciting role where you will be working closely with the sales manager to deal with incoming sales enquiries and oversee the onboarding of new clients until delivery of their first order.
- Managing Customer Accounts: Maintaining relationships with existing customers and building strong relationships with new customers in the business.
- Sales Planning: Working with the sales manager to create and track the sales plan.
- Attending Meetings: Preparing for and attending meetings with the sales manager.
- Presenting Products: Demonstration of products online or in person.
- Sales Administration: Managing the sales email account, logging incoming leads and actions taken.
- Marketing Research: Gathering research regarding product innovations and competitor activities.
You will actively manage all incoming leads, identifying actions to be taken by yourself or the sales manager and manage all associated administration and diary management.
