The Role

As Payroll Administrator, you will support the delivery of accurate and efficient weekly payrolls across the business, working closely with the Payroll Manager and wider HR team. This is a varied and rewarding role offering exposure to all aspects of payroll processing, pension administration and payroll reporting within a busy environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing weekly payroll hours, expenses and payroll data
  • Administering starters, leavers and contract changes
  • Managing statutory payments including SSP, SMP and SPP
  • Maintaining accurate holiday and absence records
  • Processing attachment of earnings
  • Importing hours from the time and attendance system
  • Preparing and submitting pension data and reports
