This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy IT function, taking ownership of multiple technology projects and ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. This is a hands-on delivery role where you'll work closely with stakeholders across the business, manage third-party suppliers, and support business change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities as the IT Project Manager:
- Manage the successful delivery of multiple technology projects, including Digital, Data, Cyber Security, and system upgrade initiatives.
- Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with the Head of IT.
- Identify, manage, and communicate project risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Translate project objectives into clear, actionable tasks and ensure successful delivery against agreed milestones.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to drive project success.
Key Experience Required as the IT Project Manager:
- Proven experience delivering IT and digital transformation projects.
- Demonstrable experience managing multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience working with software vendors and third-party suppliers.
- Strong understanding of business change and supporting organisational transformation.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
