About the Role:
Are you a people person and a numbers whiz? We are looking for a superstar HR Accounts Administrator to join our client\’s team! If you love variety, thrive on organisation, and enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, this role is for you.
HR Responsibilities:
- Keep employee records up-to-date and confidential
- Assist with hiring processes from job advertisements to onboarding
- Support payroll with accurate data
- Organise training sessions and track employee progress
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Be the friendly face for employee queries
Accounts Responsibilities:
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and expenses
- Reconcile bank statements and assist with financial reports
- Maintain neat and accurate financial records
- Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding payments
- Assist with VAT returns and filings
- Track budgets and support financial reporting
What You\’ll Bring:
- Experience in HR and/or accounts administration roles
- Excellent organisational skills with great attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Bonus: knowledge of Sage, Xero, or HR software
- Strong communication and people skills
