polkadotfrog are working with a fast-growing business based in Tiptree who sell a range of high-quality products into major supermarkets and local stores. They are a company full of highly motivated and passionate employees who love what they do, and they are looking for Business Support Manager to fulfil this important role in their Operations Team, it a lovely a busy varied role.

  • Manage the hello@ inbox, respond and forward messages where necessary
  • Maintain visibility of incoming orders (mostly automated) flag any unusual activity
  • Track competitor activity, new products and promotions
  • Be part of weekly marketing meetings, and co-ordinate artwork for promotional events
  • Keep and check on and order welfare supplier, stationery, health & safety supplies
  • Office management duties including cover for admin team
  • Keeping track of H & S, Fire and Alarm maintenance
  • Maintain HR information on Breathe system
