What You’ll Lead
- Build, coach and elevate a global sales team
- Set KPIs, drive performance and exceed revenue targets
- Shape and execute the global wholesale strategy
- Open new distribution channels and strengthen key partnerships
- Negotiate high-value commercial agreements
- Use data, forecasting and market insight to optimise product flow
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Finance and Marketing
- Moderate international travel (approx. one trip per month)
