What you’ll be doing:
- Keeping employee records accurate and up to date
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and leaver processes
- Coordinating training, workshops and compliance updates
- Managing People & Culture queries with professionalism
- Maintaining the Hub and key documentation
- Logging risk reports and supporting policy updates
