This is a brand‑new opportunity for an E‑Commerce Manager to take ownership of all the online sales channels. You’ll be shaping digital strategy, optimising customer journeys, and implementing best‑in‑class practices across all five websites. If you’re commercially driven and thrive in fast‑paced environments, this is your chance to make a real impact.
Responsibilities:- Driving online sales growth and delivering a clear e‑commerce strategy
- Managing website performance, usability, and product listings
- Enhancing customer journeys from search to checkout
- Using analytics to spot opportunities and report on KPIs
- Collaborating with marketing on PPC, email, and social campaigns
- Working with logistics and customer service to ensure smooth fulfilment
- Building and leading a small support team as the role develops
