We are looking for a Senior Cloud developer for our Web Services software team. The team is responsible for developing and maintaining a set of cloud (AWS) applications (written in Python and running on Linux) that are used to support the various networked audio players developed by Sound United. The team is co-located in the UK as well as Sydney, Australia. The candidate will work closely with people at both locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing new features and general maintenance of the various cloud applications
- Designing of new applications as required
- Infrastructure management, metrics creation and monitoring, efficiency and cost improvements, pushing application updates, troubleshooting and resolving live infrastructure/application issues (e.g. server down time)
