Aviva is seeking an Insurance Trading Performance Manager to play a pivotal role in managing the performance of Aviva's products on Price Comparison Websites (PCW) Aviva online and Quotemehappy.com.
We are looking for highly motivated individuals, with a natural curiosity and eagerness to understand the market in which we operate, and to find data-driven solutions to performance issues through business insight allowing us to make astute commercial trading decisions to drive the business forward.
A Bit About The Job
As an Insurance Trading Manager, you will contribute to Aviva's ambition to become the number one home and motor insurer in the market. This role involves optimizing pricing and insurance propositions, understanding the market, and strategically growing the business and market share profitably.
Skills And Experience We're Looking For
- Commercial awareness and understanding of the insurance market in Home/Motor product & propositions.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to engage, influence, and motivate virtual teams, inspiring high performance.
- Confidence in constructively challenging the status quo, leading change, simplifying, and adapting at pace.
- Ability to source and analyse various information, translating complex analysis into meaningful insight and action with experience in delivering change to products and propositions.
- Proficiency in analysing data in Excel and presenting findings in PowerPoint.
What You'll Get For This Role
- Salary London: Circa £65,000 / National: Circa £55,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
- Bonus opportunity - 10% of annual salary, actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's.
