About The Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to join our market-leading Claims division. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of motor injury claims from initial notification through to settlement, ensuring timely and accurate handling in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
You will take ownership of your caseload, prioritising tasks and maintaining accurate diaries to keep cases moving. Every day will bring new challenges, from speaking with customers and solicitors to negotiating settlements and making liability decisions. What You Will Be Doing
- Compliance & Quality: Ensure all claims meet regulatory and internal standards.
- Caseload Ownership: Manage your own portfolio of motor injury claims efficiently and effectively.
- Call Handling: Respond to inbound and outbound calls with empathy and professionalism, providing clear updates and guidance.
- Organisation & Prioritisation: Keep cases on track by managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with solicitors, medical agencies, and other third parties to gather information and negotiate settlements.
What We Are Looking For
- A customer-focused approach with attention to detail.
- Previous experience in motor injury claims handling or a similar insurance role is preferred (but not essential; full training provided).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency with claims management systems and Microsoft Office tools.
