Multi Skilled tradesman to join existing team of Polish builders. We are looking for an accomplished carpenter/joiner for bespoke carpentry, door hanging and stud construction. Other skills and experience must include:
- Dri-lining
- Plastering
- Tiling
- Kitchen and Bathroom fitting
- Roofing
- Bricklaying
- Painting and decorating
- 2nd Fix Plumbing
- Groundworks and drainage
- Rendering and Pointing
The applicant must also have communicative English speaking.
Applicants must have Settled or Pre Settled status to remain in the UK, a NINO and UTR. Payment is through CIS (construction industry scheme) so 20% tax is deducted at source, if already enrolled or 30% until enrolment.
