We are looking for a quality stonemason who has experience of working with granite, marble, and quartz to manufacture kitchen worktops, bath tops and fireplaces as well as other bespoke items. Our clients are mostly contractors supplying kitchens and interior fit outs on large development sites in and around London.

We would also like to be able to send you to site for the installation side as well, so experience of this would be beneficial, although not essential. A willingness to learn and to be a team player is essential. We have a modern factory with the latest machinery and will supply you with everything you need. A driving licence would also be a benefit.

  • Contract duration: Long‑term (over 1 year)
  • Accommodation: A house within walking distance of our factory is available. The cost is £250 per month plus bills, which you will sort out yourselves with the other occupants. A maximum of 1 person per room is allowed. If there is no room in the house when you arrive, temporary accommodation will be provided.
  • Place of work: Grays, Essex, UK
  • Travel: We will refund your ticket cost if you travel from Poland (up to £100).

Requirements:

  • Level of English required: You must prove that you can read, write, speak, and understand English at least at level B1 on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) scale.
  • Professional experience required: At least 2 years experience polishing and shaping stone. It would also be beneficial if you have experience fitting stone and hold a driving licence.
