Sous Chef – United Kingdom
Position located at a busy, award‑winning 4‑star hotel and spa in Kegworth. The role supports a Marco Pierre White New York Italian restaurant and conference and banqueting operations.
Salary: 30,000–32,000 GBP/hour gross plus gratuities.
Employment: Full‑time, permanent position, 45 hours per week.
Accommodation: Temporary on‑site accommodation available when starting. One or two people per room; minimum rental period of 3 months; rent £50 per week; no deposit required.
Responsibilities
- Support the Italian restaurant and conference and banqueting operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef in a hotel or restaurant kitchen preferred.
