A British restaurant located next to the beach in South West England is seeking hard working chefs to join our friendly team.

Responsibilities:

  • You will have experience working as a chef with good knowledge of food prep, hygiene and kitchen safety.
  • We work in a fast paced environment serving breakfast, lunch, snacks, BBQ and a la carte evening meals of the highest standard.
  • Knowledge of working with seafood is an advantage but not essential as training can be given.
  • You will work a minimum of 40 hours per week and will have 2 days off.
  • Impeccable time keeping and reliability is essential as well as the ability to work well as part of a team.
  • You must be confident and experienced enough to work an area of the kitchen by yourself for example cooking the BBQ, preparing seafood, working the fryers or cooking steaks.

This is a seasonal position, but this could be reviewed for the right candidate at a later date.
