We are supporting a client, a modern bakery delivering fresh bread to homes across the UK for over 20 years, who are looking for a dynamic, customer-oriented Sales Representative who speaks both Polish and English.
What you’ll do:
- Coordinating supply chain processes, including client orders, quality, sales, production, logistics, and distribution
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Achieving set sales targets
- Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the company’s products to advise and make suitable recommendations to customers
- Analysing and controlling the market and competition
- Preparing sales reports and keeping track of sales activities
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Preferred higher education, minimum secondary school education
- Result and customer-oriented approach
- Knowledge of the bakery industry and the UK market
- Proven experience as a Sales representative within a business that supplies Polish goods
