To lead and supervise cleaning operations in our bakery production facility. You will be responsible for maintaining high hygiene standards and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise the cleaning team
- Ensure all areas meet hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP)
- Organise cleaning schedules and daily tasks
- Carry out regular inspections and audits
