Regulatory manage outside counsel to ensure cost-effective services.
Collaborate with IT, Information Security, Underwriting, Claims and Finance to ensure compliance and data security.
Qualifications Juris Doctor and active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.
S. state. 3–5+ years’ legal experience, preferably in insurance regulatory law or corporate compliance.
Knowledge of data privacy/cybersecurity laws including CCPA, NYDFS, GDPR, HIPAA, and NIST.
Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
