We’re looking for an organised, proactive Office & Facilities Manager to take ownership of our office environment and help create a workplace that is efficient, safe, and genuinely enjoyable to be part of. This is a varied and hands‑on role where no two days are quite the same. From managing facilities and suppliers to supporting colleagues and delivering engaging workplace experiences, you’ll play a key role in shaping the day‑to‑day life of the office. You’ll also take the lead on Health & Safety across the site, ensuring the office operates safely, remains compliant, and supports the wellbeing of everyone who works here. What You’ll Do
- Be the main contact for the office, managing vendors, contractors, and day-to-day operations
- Coordinate office layouts, seating plans, and workspace improvements
- Oversee maintenance, repairs, cleaning, and office equipment
- Lead Health & Safety, including compliance, risk assessments, and inductions
- Manage procurement, stock, and office budgets
- Support onboarding, internal communications, and colleague queries
- Plan and deliver staff events and engagement activities
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Facilities Manager, or similar role
- Strong Health & Safety experience in an office environment
- Excellent organisational, time management, and problem‑solving skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with office equipment
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car
