The role involves managing facilities and suppliers, supporting colleagues, and delivering engaging workplace experiences while leading Health & Safety across the site.

What you’ll do:

  • Be the main contact for the office, managing vendors, contractors and day‑to‑day operations
  • Coordinate office layouts, seating plans and workspace improvements
  • Oversee maintenance, repairs, cleaning and office equipment
  • Lead Health & Safety, including compliance, risk assessments and inductions
  • Manage procurement, stock and office budgets
  • Support onboarding, internal communications and colleague queries
  • Plan and deliver staff events and engagement activities

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Facilities Manager or similar role
  • Strong Health & Safety experience in an office environment
  • Excellent organisational, time‑management and problem‑solving skills
  • Confident communicator who can manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with office equipment
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car
