Your Responsibilities
As a Junior Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing, screening, and engaging top talent across multiple channels.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews, ensuring a seamless process for all stakeholders.
- Assisting with employer branding initiatives to attract the best candidates.
- Supporting the onboarding process to create an outstanding employee experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: At least 1 year in a Recruitment Coordinator or similar role, with an understanding of recruitment processes.
- Skills: Exceptional organisational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Mindset: A proactive, solutions-oriented attitude with a passion for people.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
