Policy Expert Claims is seeking a proactive Lead – Field Adjusting Team to oversee building and contents claim assessments, set technical standards and guide surveyors and contractors. You will manage spend, ensure evidence-based settlements and compliant outcomes while driving performance and development of the team.
Travel to sites is required, including occasional overnight stays; you will report to the Claims Leadership and contribute to delivering fair, high-quality outcomes for customers.
