- Your primary focus is to assist in shaping the risk selection appetite and criteria for all PE products, encompassing both core offerings and ancillary products.
- A key facet of your responsibilities involves providing crucial support in meeting day-to-day SLA requirements, particularly concerning internal referrals related to complaints, customer service issues, and claims.
- Operating within the dimensions of new and renewal business, you play a vital role in fostering collaborative relationships with key teams, including the Pricing team for aligning risk strategies, the Product Management team for incorporating market insights, the Counter Fraud team for integrating fraud detection measures, the Compliance Department for ensuring regulatory compliance, and the Operational/Customer Service team for addressing daily SLA requirements. This comprehensive engagement ensures a cohesive and effective risk selection process across the entire spectrum of PE products, ultimately contributing to the company\\\’s overarching success.
Who are you?
- Min 2 years’ experience in technical underwriting personal lines GI products including at individual risk level.
- Some understanding of personal lines markets, risk trends, and products
- Team player but possess the initiative to work alone on projects as required
