As part of the team working in the Corporate Services Division Division, you can make a real difference by supporting the provision of Demand and Productivity to our officers and staff across the second largest police force in the UK. We believe our people are our most important asset and investing in them is fundamental to the success of introducing new and emerging solutions and support to our front-line. Key responsibilities of the role include – The jobholder will deliver comprehensive, accurate demand and productivity related outputs for use at strategic, tactical and operational levels. All work must be to the highest standard, be auditable and be able to withstand scrutiny from internal and external stakeholders. The jobholder must be able to articulate their analysis and product outputs to members of the force executive along with other key business partners whilst providing context and insight into the results. These product outputs will be used to inform decision making across Police Scotland allowing the organisation to move to a position of using evidence based decision making.
