Covering Police Force Relationships and Strategic Partnerships across the South of England. Location: located within the Reading / Bracknell/M4 corridor. Maximum of 1hr to the Met, central London, easy access to main transport links across the south.

The Role:

  • Reporting to the Head of Distribution, you'll be the face of Police Mutual, building strategic relationships with police forces, policing partners, staff associations, and key stakeholders across your region.
  • You'll be tenacious and target driven and comfortable engaging at all levels, from Executive to Senior Leadership Teams, fostering trust and long-term partnerships while identifying opportunities to grow our reach and support new business initiatives.

Your focus will be on:

  • Driving database expansion, growth of our lead generation funnel and direct sales opportunities for our healthcare scheme.
  • Enhancing awareness and advocacy for the Police Mutual brand.
  • Supporting Financial Wellbeing Consultants to deliver impactful financial education and wellbeing programs.
  • Developing strategic account plans and achieving growth targets.

By nurturing high-level relationships and promoting our suite of products and services, you'll play a pivotal role in improving the financial and personal wellbeing of the Police family.

What We're Looking For:

  • Extensive experience driving business development in a field-based role, ideally within financial services, banking or insurance.
  • Knowledge or experience within the policing and blue light environment is desirable.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior leadership (e.g., Chief Officer/SLT).
  • Strong relationship-building and strategic partnership skills.
  • A results-driven approach with commercial acumen and a clear vision for growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and decision-making abilities.
