Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent advice and guidance to employees and hiring managers on issues relating to recruitment and onboarding, in line with our policies and procedures.
- Support the Recruitment Manager in working with hiring managers, keeping well-informed of recruitment needs and ensuring vacancies are filled as quickly as possible.
- Work with the Recruitment Manager to report on and monitor recruitment KPI's to drive recruiting standards.
- Manage the advertising process for vacancies, supporting hiring managers by ensuring adverts and job descriptions are accurate and up to date before posting. Ensure internal processes are followed in order for vacancies to be advertised.
- Support and identify new and different methods of attracting candidates, including social media, actively engaging with candidates using these platforms.
- Coordinate the shortlisting and interview processes, including arranging interviews, supporting the writing of interview questions and attending interviews where required.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience, from interview to hire. Acting as the main point of contact for both hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Alongside the Recruitment Manager, support the creation of a 'talent pool' which can be drawn upon for vacancies. This may include candidates who have previously been interviewed, speculative applications, etc.
- Build meaningful relationships internally and externally and maintain accountability at all times.
- Collaborate with the wider People Services team to provide an outstanding service to the organisation.
What you need to succeed in the role
- A proven track record of success in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Knowledge of recruitment assessments and tools.
- Experience managing both volume recruitment projects and individual bespoke assignments.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with an ATS.
- Experience of recruiting for roles within the Technology Sector.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
- A self-starter with a passion for service delivery and a willingness to go above and beyond.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously with a high level of detail and accuracy.
- Inclusive and able to effectively collaborate with people of diverse backgrounds and cultures.
- A team player who is open to offering creative and constructive ideas.
- Prioritises the candidate journey and hiring manager experience above all else.
- A problem-solver with a natural ability to ask the right questions and make the most of available resources for successful recruitment delivery.

Working Arrangements
This is a remote role. All applicants must be eligible to undergo NPPV3 (Non Police Personnel Vetting Level 3) and SC vetting clearances. Successful applicants will require NPPV3 clearance to have been cleared before starting with PDS.
