Join Police Digital Service as Head of Change and Benefits start at £80,000 The Head of Change and Benefits will provide oversight of all change and benefits across the Police Digital Service portfolio. This role will act as the pivotal link between PDS SMT\’s, Engagement/Account Management Teams, SRO\’s, Home Office and policing leaders to ensure that each initiative provides benefits for policing and that these benefits are deployed successfully. Develop a clear vision and standards. Champion the use of best practise business change and benefits management standards, tools and processes. Lead and facilitate change management, ensuring correct methodologies and documentation are maintained. Develop and maintains the PDS benefits management framework. Produces the PDS portfolio level benefits realisation plan and reports progress to key stakeholders and boards.
