Join Police Digital Service as a Corporate Governance Officer. Starting at £39,000 pa. FTC 12 months The Corporate Governance Officer will work with the Company Secretary to manage a portfolio of high-level decision-making forums involving Board Directors, executives and external stakeholders to ensure that the company acts lawfully and takes timely decisions. This Officer will also work with the Company Secretary to build the credibility of, and confidence in, corporate governance by the Board and the Executive.
