We are seeking a skilled and experienced CDP Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of food production in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Duties

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with menu specifications and quality standards.
  • Supervise and manage kitchen staff, including training and mentoring junior team members.
  • Oversee food production processes to ensure efficiency, consistency, and safety compliance.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in menu planning, ingredient sourcing, and inventory management.
  • Ensure all food is prepared and presented to meet the establishment's standards of excellence.
