The Opportunity
We\’re currently looking for a Sales Campaign Manager to join our UK Sales team. In this role, you’ll lead retail-led initiatives, ensuring the Polestar retail network is equipped with the tools and support needed to achieve their sales targets. You’ll also take ownership of sales performance across new car retail, Motability, internal fleet, and lead generation.
This position is based at our Bicester Heritage site.
The Responsibilities
As a Sales Campaign Manager, you’ll drive retail-focused sales activity in close collaboration with our retail partners. You’ll monitor performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships to align on sales objectives.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Campaign Strategy & Delivery – In Collaboration with the Head of Sales, develop and implement sales campaigns and customer offers that support delivery of the Polestar sales objectives. This includes B2C and B2B (SME) new car retail, Motability, retailer car schemes, and internal fleet management.
- Performance Measurement – Analysis of sales KPIs, highlighting key market trends and campaign performance metrics. Implement digital tools for tracking and reporting on campaign effectiveness. Manipulate campaign strategies based on retailer feedback and data analysis to best position Polestar and customer products
- Digital Integration – Present solutions to support the growth of the CRM journey with integration into Salesforce
- Stakeholder Management – First point of contact for our Polestar finance providers, manage daily the operational requirements and run the investor support operation. Collaborate with the global finance teams ensuring effective deployment of the digital capability.
- Training Leadership – Lead and support the National Training Manager in delivering key programmes, ensuring our retail partners, third parties, and internal teams are fully equipped to represent and operate the Polestar brand.
- Support the launch of commercial programmes to the retailer partners to ensure campaigns are activated effectively
- Regularly review the customer journey, ensuring a class leading experience, at all times.
The Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills to engage effectively across teams and stakeholders. You’ll be highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
In addition, you\’ll need the following:
- A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Relevant experience in automotive sales management, ideally within premium or electric vehicle brands
- A solid understanding of EV market dynamics and customer behaviour
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and drive performance
- Confidence in data-driven decision-making and forecasting
