YOUR MISSIONS

1. Managing a team

  • As the right hand of the Store Manager, you coordinate all the activities of the stock team and foster collaboration by ensuring information is shared.

  • You make sure the team understands and implements the Maison’s strategy.

  • You manage the stock staff, supporting them in achieving their objectives.

  • You animate the boutique’s stock community by putting in place regular meetings, ensuring the team masters internal procedures, and training new hires.

  • You contribute to planning the boutique’s activities and resources (relay planning, monitoring schedules, lunch breaks) and to creating and leading morning briefs.

2. Contributing to Polene’s performance

  • You manage and organize stock activities: receipt and inspection of deliveries, handling client reservations, obsolete items, invoice tracking, packaging, re-labelling of products…

  • You ensure smooth execution and results of inventories in compliance with procedures: rotating inventories by product category and the annual inventory.

  • You proactively suggest improvements to the management team to optimize operational processes, bring enhancements related to the supply system and logistical organization.

  • You regularly perform stock analyses to feed into optimization plans.

  • In a changing environment, you act as the reference for arranging and optimizing new storage spaces.

  • You have at least 7 years of management experience in a similar position in the retail sector.

  • You demonstrate strong autonomy and great adaptability, as well as tireless energy to handle high footfall in the boutique.

  • You have a strong sensitivity towards our products, skills, and leather goods craftsmanship, which you can speak about passionately with our customers.

  • You possess a true collaborative spirit and willingness to help others.

  • You are able to respond in urgent situations and find quick solutions: constant versatility is required.
