Polène boutiques embody our brand’s universe, reflecting our positioning that attracts a high-end, international clientele. Our flagship store in Regent Street requires experienced individuals capable of delivering remarkable experiences to our demanding customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • 1.Creator of the Polène Experience – Manage product flows in and out: opening boxes, applying delivery processes, and storing products while ensuring proper organization and optimizing stock space.
  • Coordinate with the supply chain at headquarters to report inventory information and communicate daily with the sales team about overstock or stockouts.
  • Serve as the link between the sales team and stock: moving items to the sales floor and providing requested items to customers.
  • Prepare and monitor inter-boutique product transfers and foster collaboration by ensuring information sharing within the stock.
  • Participate in organizing and monitoring inventories (cyclical & fiscal) and analyze inventory discrepancies as needed, assisting in product searches using the company\’s tools.
  • Be versatile, rotating between field tasks and all product stocks in the boutique, thereby developing a good knowledge of all product lines in stock.
  • Know your objectives and proactively propose action plans to achieve them.

Job requirements

  • Our expectations – You have been in contact with a high-end and international clientele for at least 2 years in a similar role, ideally in the luxury and/or leather goods sector.
  • You demonstrate a high degree of autonomy and adaptability, along with unwavering dynamism that will enable you to manage high traffic in the boutique.
  • You integrate easily into a team and possess a genuine collaborative and supportive spirit.
  • You are capable of handling urgency and seeking quick solutions: constant versatility is required.
