AS PART OF THE FLAGSHIP TEAMPolène boutiques embody our brand's universe, reflecting our positioning that attracts a high-end, international clientele. Our flagship store in Regent Street requires experienced individuals capable of delivering remarkable experiences to our demanding customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Creator of the Polène Experience: Manage product flows in and out: opening boxes, applying delivery processes, and storing products while ensuring proper organization and optimizing stock space. Coordinate with the supply chain at headquarters to report inventory information and communicate daily with the sales team about overstock or stockouts. Serve as the link between the sales team and stock: moving items to the sales floor and providing requested items to customers.
- Contributor to Polène's Performance: Prepare and monitor inter-boutique product transfers and foster collaboration by ensuring information sharing within the stock. Participate in organizing and monitoring inventories (cyclical & fiscal) and analyze inventory discrepancies as needed, assisting in product searches using the company's tools. Be versatile, rotating between field tasks and all product stocks in the boutique, thereby developing a good knowledge of all product lines in stock. Know your objectives and proactively propose action plans to achieve them.
- You have been in contact with a high-end and international clientele for at least 2 years in a similar role, ideally in the luxury and/or leather goods sector.
- You demonstrate a high degree of autonomy and adaptability, along with unwavering dynamism that will enable you to manage high traffic in the boutique.
- You integrate easily into a team and possess a genuine collaborative and supportive spirit.
- You are capable of handling urgency and seeking quick solutions: constant versatility is required.
