Side is in need of a Lean Operations Specialist or Manager to drive efficiency, eliminate waste, and optimize workflows across our organization. This is a hands-on role for an expert in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies who can get into the weeds, analyze inefficiencies, and implement cost-saving solutions. They will work closely with leadership and teams to streamline processes, scrutinize spending, and ensure every resource is utilized effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth operational audits to identify inefficiencies and waste.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other efficiency frameworks to optimize workflows.
  • Analyze spending patterns, vendor contracts, and resource allocation to eliminate unnecessary costs.
  • Work hands-on with teams to redesign processes for maximum efficiency.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational improvements.
  • Provide leadership with data-driven recommendations and execution plans.
  • Train internal teams on best practices for maintaining efficiency and cost control.
