We are hiring a Corporate Recruiter based in London to support hiring across corporate functions including HR, Finance, Business Development, Audio and Operations. This role is primarily focused on recruiting with light support on ad hoc HR and administrative projects in partnership with the HR team. This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role ideal for someone who enjoys running recruiting processes end‑to‑end while occasionally supporting broader people operations needs.
The Role
- Support full‑cycle recruiting for corporate roles (HR, Finance, BD, Audio, Ops, etc.)
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and outreach
- Conduct recruiter screens and assess candidate fit
- Manage interview processes and ensure timely feedback loops
- Maintain ATS accuracy and candidate tracking (Workable)
- Partner with hiring managers to move roles forward efficiently
- Build and maintain pipelines for recurring corporate roles
- Assist with employment documentation and hiring workflows in partnership with HR
- Support ad hoc HR projects as needed (documentation, onboarding coordination, internal processes)
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for corporate functions (HR, Finance, Operations, etc.)
- Strong sourcing and candidate management skills
- Highly organized with strong follow‑up and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities at once
- Comfortable communicating with hiring managers and stakeholders in a professional and confident manner
- Experience working in a global, asynchronous environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable handling occasional administrative or HR‑related tasks
- Familiarity with ATS systems (Workable preferred)
- Based in London and able to collaborate with global teams
- Ability to be onsite at minimum 2×/week
This is a 6‑month contract to start with the possibility of extension and conversion.
