Responsibilities

  • Coordinate commercial activities across multiple international studios, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and performance targets.
  • Own and support commercial performance tracking (revenue, KPIs, forecasting) across the portfolio.
  • Act as the primary owner of Sidekick within the Commercial function.
  • Rapidly drive adoption and standardisation of Sidekick across studios.
  • Establish and run weekly processes to ensure Sidekick is consistently updated and reflects accurate, up-to-date data.
  • Lead initiatives to improve and scale commercial processes, tools, and ways of working.
  • Act as a key liaison and business partner to commercial and studio teams, improving communication and execution.
  • Support or lead commercial planning cycles (e.g., forecasts, launch planning) within Sidekick.
  • Identify and deliver on growth opportunities across audio services, titles, markets, and platforms.
  • Work with studios to align audio production, services, and commercial priorities.
  • Build and manage relationships with external partners (platform holders, publishers, agencies) where relevant.
  • Develop business cases for new initiatives, launches, and partnerships.
  • Design and deliver dashboards and reporting to provide clear commercial visibility (e.g., using Power BI).
  • Track expected vs actual gross margin ($ and %) at a project level, highlighting variances and risks.
  • Improve and streamline the monthly close cycle, enabling faster and more accurate financial reporting to leadership.
  • Ensure Accounting teams have timely and accurate information to record cost accruals each month.
  • Work closely with IT to deliver key enhancements and fixes to Sidekick, ensuring critical business needs are met while effectively prioritising a broader backlog of improvements.

Key Relationships

  • Finance teams, including: Shared Service team in India (vendor payments and customer billing), Accounting teams (ensuring accurate inter‑company invoicing between studios and cost accruals), FP&A teams (monitoring performance, forecasting, and margin delivery), IT teams (for Sidekick enhancements, fixes, and prioritisation of improvements), Studio leadership and production teams, Central Commercial, Product, Marketing, and Finance stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 4–8+ years’ experience in roles such as commercial, operations, project management, or finance.
  • Strong business partnering experience with commercial teams, supporting decision‑making and performance delivery.
  • Experience working across multiple stakeholders, teams, or regions.
  • Background in gaming, digital entertainment, tech, or other relevant industries.
  • Experience owning or managing internal tools, platforms, or systems (e.g., CRM, BI, internal tools).
  • Proven ability to drive process improvements and deliver change in fast‑paced environments.
  • Experience building dashboards and metrics; proficiency with Power BI or similar BI tools preferred.
  • Highly organised with strong project management and operational skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action.

Desirable

  • Experience in audio, game services, or external development/outsourcing models preferred.
  • Understanding of audio pipelines, localisation, VO, or external development workflows.
  • Experience working with distributed or international teams/studios.
  • Experience driving adoption of internal tools or platforms across organisations.
  • Exposure to live operations, monetisation, and lifecycle management.
  • Financial modelling and forecasting experience.
