  • Understand and articulate the value of Pole Star's solutions across various industries, providing technical product support to guide prospects through the sales process and customising sales material to align with customer needs.
  • Design, configure, and deliver Proof of Concept (PoC) environments, demonstrating how the Pole Star platform meets client needs while gathering feedback for refinement.
  • Draft, manage, and gain client sign-off on clear, detailed Technical Specification Documents (TSD) ensuring alignment between client expectations, development capacity, and project scope.
  • Lead the technical validation of Statements of Work (SoWs), ensuring scope, integration points, and technical feasibility are well-defined before client sign-off.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Delivery teams to mitigate risks and clarify assumptions.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success and Training teams to provide technical input for customer onboarding materials and pocket guides, ensuring technical accuracy and relevance.
  • Act as the key liaison between clients and the development team, ensuring all client requirements are clearly translated into actionable development tasks and technically feasible solutions.
  • Work with clients, configuration, and engineering teams to ensure seamless alignment and that the solutions you help design are fully aligned with client expectations.
  • Work closely with Customer Success and Software Support teams to ensure seamless alignment.
  • Configure Pole Star's software for pre-sales proof-of-concept (PoC) demonstrations and early-stage client rollouts, ensuring the system meets initial client needs.
  • Work with the engineering team to validate feasibility for more complex setups.
  • Act as the technical point of contact during the sales process, supporting the sales team with technical queries and demonstrating how our software addresses client needs.
  • Ensure alignment between client expectations, technical delivery, and project timelines.
  • Maintain early-stage post-implementation communication with clients to validate technical setup, address initial configuration queries, and ensure a smooth handover to the Customer Success and Support teams.
  • Provide post-sales technical support and help troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Essentials we are looking for:

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and articulate technical solutions across various industries.
  • Proven experience in a technical or solutions engineering role, preferably within the software or EAM industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
