About the Role:
Are you a skilled B2B marketer looking to take the lead in crafting innovative campaigns for a fast-growing Digital Marketing & SEO Agency? As the Senior Marketing Campaign Executive at POLARIS, you’ll be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, driving brand visibility and engagement for our business targeting businesses in the UK and beyond. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating and executing impactful email marketing campaigns, managing LinkedIn strategies, organising standout events and webinars, and developing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives. Your focus will be to market POLARIS as a trusted leader in SEO and Digital Marketing by driving engagement, nurturing relationships, and delivering measurable results. Key Responsibilities:
- Email Marketing: Design and execute email campaigns to engage and nurture leads, driving conversions. Analyse performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, etc.) and optimise for continuous improvement.
- LinkedIn Campaigns and Content: Plan, manage, and execute LinkedIn campaigns to showcase POLARIS’s expertise in SEO and Digital Marketing. Develop and post engaging LinkedIn content, including case studies, thought leadership pieces, and success stories. Utilise LinkedIn analytics to refine campaigns and grow engagement with target audiences.
- Events and Webinars: Organise and execute events and webinars aimed at engaging and educating B2B prospects. Manage end-to-end logistics, including content creation, speaker coordination, and post-event follow-ups. Leverage event outcomes to create ongoing marketing opportunities and relationships.
- Account-Based Marketing: Develop and execute ABM campaigns targeting key accounts and decision-makers. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals. Track and analyse ABM campaign performance, adjusting tactics as necessary. Collaborate with leadership to develop a cohesive B2B marketing strategy aligned with POLARIS’s growth objectives. Conduct market research to identify opportunities and refine targeting. Measure the success of campaigns and provide insights to inform future strategies.
About You:
At least 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B marketing, with a strong track record in delivering email marketing campaigns, LinkedIn strategies, Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives, and event management. Strong understanding of lead generation and nurturing strategies. Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce). Expert with LinkedIn’s tools for campaigns, webinars, events, and audience targeting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for crafting engaging content. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance metrics and pivot strategies when needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven track record in driving leads through digital for a B2B tech/marketing/professional services business. Familiarity with SEO principles and their role in modern marketing. Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce or similar tools. Knowledge of the ecommerce and B2B sectors is a bonus.
