We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to drive major growth for our digital marketing agency. You will be a total self‑starter, hungry to develop your future by selling high‑value marketing campaigns to business owners and businesses across the UK. You will engage with B2B marketers & business owners through outbound activity, events, and in‑person pitches to build a pipeline that you will nurture to close deals. You’ll be comfortable working to activity targets and performance targets. You will be a true people’s person, able to build relationships that foster trust at their core. You will also be unapologetic about wanting to earn money. This is what the role is all about.
Key Responsibilities
- Research & Targeting – Identifying ideal business prospects in line with our ICP using systems like Clay, Apollo and LinkedIn
- Prospecting – Proactively reaching out to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, cold calls to create awareness and generate interest and booking in Fact Find Calls/Meetings
- Qualifying prospects – conducting fact find calls to qualify prospects and move them through to a 2nd stage proposal based pitch meeting with the MD in a supporting capacity
- Pipeline Management – Organising and maintaining an effective sales pipeline, tracking progress, reporting on revenue and managing your pipeline to stay healthy
- Attend & Host Events – Attending industry events, networking, and travelling to client meetings to help present our services and close deals.
- Admin & Organisation – Keeping HubSpot CRM system updated, scheduling meetings, and ensuring all sales activities run smoothly.
- Partnerships Development – Target other businesses to partner with who can refer business leads to POLARIS
