About the Role

Kick-start your digital marketing career at POLARIS, an award‑winning B2B marketing consultancy based in Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire. We work with ambitious UK businesses, helping them build genuine visibility with the right buyers across the channels that matter.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing delivery team. You will work across real client campaigns from day one, contributing to SEO, content, paid media, social, email, and GEO supported by a team that invests in your development and takes your progression seriously. You will be naturally curious about digital marketing, comfortable using AI tools in your day‑to‑day work, and eager to build skills across multiple channels. You will be using tools such as Notion, Loveable, Google Analytics, and Google AdWords. You’ll be learning fast, executing thought‑provoking campaigns, and delivering real results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • SEO – Supporting keyword research, on‑page optimisation, content briefs, and organic performance tracking across client websites.
  • GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) – Helping clients appear in AI‑generated answers on ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.
  • Paid Media – Assisting with setup, management, and reporting of paid search and paid social campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn.
  • Content Marketing – Writing, editing, and optimising content for client websites, blogs, and email campaigns aligned to the buyer journey.
  • LinkedIn Marketing – Managing and scheduling client content across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms to support organic growth.
  • Reporting & Analytics – Pulling performance reports across channels and turning data into clear, client‑ready insights using Google Analytics and platform dashboards.
  • AI‑Assisted Delivery – Using AI tools including ChatGPT and Claude as part of your daily workflow for research, content, and campaign planning.

What We’re Looking For

  • A degree in marketing, PR, or a related subject – or equivalent experience. Personal projects, internships, and university work all count.
  • Hands‑on marketing experience – social media management, content creation, copywriting, SEO, or paid media. Execution, not just theory.
  • Comfortable using AI tools – You already use ChatGPT, Claude, or similar in your daily life and understand how to get the best out of them.
  • Strong written communication – You can write clearly, adapt your tone, and understand that good marketing writing is purposeful, not just creative.
  • Highly organised & detail‑oriented – You manage multiple tasks without dropping the ball and take ownership of your workload.
  • Self‑motivated & genuinely curious – You follow industry news, notice good marketing in the wild, and are excited about where digital is heading.

What’s In It For You

  • Direct mentorship & hands‑on training from senior marketers across SEO, paid, content, and strategy.
  • Broad channel exposure from day one – you will understand how the full system works, not just one slice of it.
  • GEO and AI marketing skills – one of the most valuable and sought‑after skill sets in the market right now.
  • A structured progression path – POLARIS promotes from within and your development is taken seriously.

Benefits

  • Hybrid role, 3 days in office, 2 from home
  • 25 days holiday
  • Private healthcare
  • Company events and social every month and quarter
  • Birthday off
  • Loyalty holidays – complete 2 or more years of service at POLARIS and accrue 1 day extra per anniversary
