The Role
You will provide front-of-house reception duties and full administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the school. You will be a key point of contact for staff, pupils, parents and visitors, helping to maintain a welcoming and professional environment.
- Manage reception, calls, visitors and enquiries
- Maintain school systems, records and calendars
- Support meetings, correspondence and documentation
- Assist with attendance monitoring and reporting
- Liaise with staff, parents and external agencies
- Support the wider school team with general administration tasks
Requirements
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Experience in an administrative role (education desirable)
- Experience using IT systems (SIMS desirable)
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
