Role location note: this position involves work across the Sitestream division, with UK and US teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects from start to finish
  • Work with the Implementation Manager at Sitestream to translate business rules into clear, detailed and usable process maps, and gather data during the kickoff
  • Collaborate with the Solutions Architect to build and test software configuration
  • Create and maintain project plans, identify the critical path, dependencies and a clear route to go live
  • Create and maintain a risk register and other project documentation
  • Train users on the software processing site and demonstrate and document new software functionality
  • Oversee user acceptance testing
  • Coordinate handover with all project stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition into BAU
  • Engage directly with external stakeholders such as court system providers, camera manufacturers and police departments
  • Update stakeholders regularly on project health and changes to scope
  • Hold regular project check-in meetings and produce clear, actionable minutes
  • Work with the product team to scope any necessary development changes

Qualifications & Experience

  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Experience in project management and process design roles
  • Knowledge of software configuration and the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Experience in organising and chairing meetings and managing internal and external stakeholders
  • Troubleshooting and logic skills
  • Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple work streams concurrently
  • Presentation and training experience
