  • Drive retail growth and market share by supporting dealers across the shopping, buying, and ownership lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain effective wholegood, PG&A (Parts, Garments, and Accessories), F&I, and service strategies aligned to market demand and profitability goals.
  • Conduct in-store walk-throughs to guide showroom merchandising, point-of-purchase execution, and seasonal program alignment.
  • Support dealer training on sales processes, product knowledge, and certification programs to improve execution and consistency.
  • Collaborate with dealers to plan floor layouts, stocking profiles, and merchandising approaches that meet Polaris brand standards.
  • Analyze dealer performance, identify gaps in customer experience or operations, and influence corrective actions through training and follow-up.
  • Communicate dealer insights, competitive dynamics, and market trends to internal stakeholders to inform business decisions.
  • Support dealer network development by prospecting open markets and facilitating dealer upgrades when needed.
Desired Competencies:
  • Customer Focus: You prioritize the needs of internal or external customers and use feedback and data to improve outcomes, processes, or experiences.

  • Demonstrated ability to build influence-based relationships and partner effectively with independent dealers.
  • Experience analyzing sales, profitability, or productivity metrics to support data-informed recommendations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to represent an OEM professionally in-store.
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to work hands-on with dealers in a retail or showroom environment.
