POLARIS is looking for a Demand Generation Manager to build and operationalise a scalable, data-driven lead generation engine. Our ICPs, positioning, and core propositions are already defined. We want to expand our operation to run campaigns targeting ICPs in the UK, Europe and US. Your role is to turn that strategy into a functioning system that consistently generates qualified opportunities through structured workflows, automation, and performance optimisation.
This is a build-and-run role, requiring someone who can design infrastructure, implement it end-to-end, and continuously improve it using data. This role is Systems-first, Execution-heavy, and Revenue-focused. This role is not Brand marketing or a Content-only role or a Passive campaign execution. We want someone who has been building revenue systems using a connected-up tech stack that keeps sales reps busy and revenue generating.
Core Objectives- Build a repeatable, scalable demand generation system using leading tech tools including Hubspot, Clay, LinkedIn
- Develop scalable playbooks aligned to ICPs
- Build an always on paid strategy platforms
- Generate consistent flow of qualified, sales-ready opportunities
- Create clear visibility of performance across the funnel
- Continuously optimise system efficiency through data
- Build outreach systems (email, ABM)
- Create campaign workflows and sequencing
- Analyse and report on performance using Google Analytics, Hubspot and other tracking tools
- Min 2 years in demand generation, growth, or RevOps in a B2B business
- Proven experience building lead generation systems
- Experience running paid campaigns using a variety of campaign strategies to drive data capture and lead generation
- Strong user of Google Analytics and other dashboards to interrogate and report on marketing metrics and performance
- Experience with systems and tools including Hubspot, Clay, Instantly, Lead Forensics
- Automation and workflow building
- Highly analytical and data driven mindset reporting on numbers with advanced Excel skills
- Ability to interpret and act on funnel metrics
- £40,000 - £45,000 salary + performance bonus
- 25 days holiday increasing each year to a maximum of 30
