Polaris Education is recruiting a SENCO for Easthorpe School in Ruddington, Nottinghamshire. The role is full-time, term-time focused, with a basic salary of 42,000 per annum plus SEN allowance. The successful candidate will drive SEN policy, coordinate EHCP annual reviews and lead safeguarding activities.
We seek an experienced SENCO with QTS and NASENCO (or NPQ) credentials, capable of shaping SEND provision, supporting staff, and improving pupil outcomes across the school.
