Polaris Community is seeking Independent Form F Assessors to support our Fostering teams across the UK. The role focuses on safeguarding outcomes for foster children by assessing prospective foster families with high-quality, evidence-based reports.
Applicants should be qualified social workers with post-qualification experience in Form F work, registered with the relevant social work council, and able to travel. A mandatory induction and checks are required.
