Polaris Community is expanding and seeks Independent Form F Assessors to support our fostering teams across the UK. You will safeguard outcomes for foster children by conducting rigorous Form F assessments of prospective foster families and presenting evidence-based reports.
We are looking for empathic, qualified social workers with post-qualification experience in fostering assessments, registered with the appropriate social work council, and willing to travel across the UK.
